During brand protection operation D-Tect investigations agency, we will assist the law enforcement agencies with the following aspects:
Conduct a pre-raid necessary briefing with the law authorities.
Providing base on evidence collected expert witnesses to enable law authorities to apply and get search warrants base on properly presented evidence.
Most of the time, our staff participate in the actual raid and supply the local law enforcement unit the necessary logistics, the product identification, pre taken undercover video recording, and the exact directions to the storage of the counterfeit goods.
From our experience, Taking active role during the raid itself provide voluble contribution for the operation success rate.
